Working principle of Chinaware Ball Mill

Motor drivers cylinder rotating through reducer device. Ores and balls in the cylinder are brought at a certain height, and then fall down, when the cylinder rotates. Ores are crushed by the force of friction and centrifugal pull during this processing. The ores after crushing are discharged out of the cylinder. Then the ores are separated by spiral classifier. The unacceptable products come back to the cylinder and are crushed again. Ores enter evenly into ball mill though joint feeder. And the crushed ores are discharged from ball mill continuously. Chinaware ball mill can work continuously day after day with out rest.
